Job Description
Join World Connection Guatemala as a Customer Service Agent, Technical Support Specialist, Sales Advisor, Billing Coordinator, or Back-Office Associate. In this role, you will manage client communications through phone, email, and chat, resolve customer issues efficiently, provide accurate account or billing information, and deliver high-quality support. You will collaborate with your team and supervisors to meet service targets, maintain quality standards, and ensure an exceptional experience for both local and international clients. Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma is required
Fluent in English (B2–C1 level)
Prior experience in customer service or call centers is a plus but not required
Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities
Flexible availability to work day, evening, or night shifts
Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and office software
Proactive, positive, and team-oriented
Must successfully complete pre-interview assessments and training programs
