Job Description

Start your journey with VXI Guatemala as a Customer Experience Specialist, Technical Support Representative, Sales Associate, Billing Coordinator, or Back-Office Team Member. In this position, you will interact directly with customers through calls, emails, and chat, resolve service or technical concerns, assist with account management, and provide accurate and timely solutions. You will also collaborate with colleagues to streamline processes, ensure quality metrics are met, and deliver exceptional support to both local and international clients. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma is required
Fluent in English (B2–C1 level)
Previous experience in customer service or call centers is beneficial but not required
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work various shifts, including day, evening, or night schedules
Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and office software
Proactive, adaptable, and positive
Must complete all pre-interview assessments and training successfully
