Job Description
Join Teleperformance Guatemala as a Customer Service Representative, Technical Support Specialist, Sales Advisor, Billing Coordinator, or Back-Office Associate. In this role, you will manage client interactions via phone, email, or chat, resolve inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide accurate account or billing information. Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma is required
Fluent in English (B2–C1 level)
Previous experience in customer service or call centers is a plus but not required
Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
Flexible availability to work day, evening, or night shifts
Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and office software
Proactive, positive, and team-oriented
Must successfully complete pre-interview assessments and training programs
