Job Description

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma is required
Fluent in English (B2–C1 level)
Previous experience in customer service or call centers is advantageous but not mandatory
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible shifts, including day, evening, or night schedules
Comfortable using computers, CRM platforms, and standard office software
Proactive, positive, and team-oriented
Must successfully complete pre-interview assessments and training programs
