Job Description
Join HCLTech Guatemala as a Customer Support Agent, IT Support Specialist, Sales Consultant, Billing Representative, or Back-Office Associate. In this position, you will respond to client inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, assist with account management and billing, and ensure timely and accurate solutions. You will collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet service targets, maintain quality standards, and deliver exceptional experiences to both local and international clients. Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma is required
Fluent in English (B2–C1 level)
Previous experience in customer service or call centers is preferred but not mandatory
Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
Availability to work flexible shifts, including day, evening, or night schedules
Comfortable using computers, CRM platforms, and office software
Proactive, positive, and collaborative
Must successfully complete pre-interview assessments and training programs
