Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma is required
Fluent in English (B2–C1 level)
Previous customer service or call center experience is beneficial but not mandatory
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible shifts, including day, evening, or night schedules
Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and office tools
Proactive, positive, and team-oriented
Must successfully complete pre-interview assessments and training programs
