Requirements

Minimum 18 years old

High school diploma completed (higher education is an advantage)

Fluent in English (B2–C1 recommended)

Previous experience in customer service or call centers preferred but not required

Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings or weekends

Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and digital tools

Team-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn

Able to complete pre-employment assessments and training successfully
