Requirements
Must be 18 years or older
Completed high school diploma (university studies are a plus)
Fluent English level (B2–C1 required)
Previous call center or customer service experience preferred, not essential
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights or weekends
Comfortable with computers, CRM systems, and digital tools
Team player, proactive, and eager to learn
Willing to complete assessments and training successfully
