Requirements
Must be 18 years or older
High school diploma or equivalent (university studies are a plus)
English proficiency required (B2–C1 preferred)
Customer service or call center experience is beneficial but not mandatory
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Availability to work rotating shifts, including graveyard
Comfortable using computers, software tools, and CRM platforms
Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to pass recruitment and training evaluations
