Requirements

Minimum 18 years old

High school diploma or equivalent (higher education preferred)

Fluent in Spanish; English knowledge is a plus (A2–B2 recommended)

Previous customer service or call center experience preferred but not mandatory

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work shifts (day, night, or graveyard)

Comfortable with computers, CRM tools, and basic software

Team-oriented, positive attitude, and willingness to learn

Able to pass pre-interview and training assessments
