Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma is required
Fluent in English (B2–C1 level)
Previous experience in customer service or call centers is a plus but not required
Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
Flexible availability to work day, evening, or night shifts
Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and office software
Positive, proactive, and eager to learn
Must successfully complete pre-interview and training assessments
