Requirements

Must be 18 years or older

High school diploma or equivalent (university studies are a plus)

Fluent English level (B2–C1 required, additional languages are a bonus)

Previous customer service, finance, or call center experience is preferred

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Availability to work flexible schedules (day, night, weekends, or graveyard shifts)

Strong computer literacy and comfort with CRM and office software

Team-oriented mindset, adaptability, and eagerness to learn

Ability to pass assessments, interviews, and training evaluations
