Requirements

Minimum 18 years old

High school diploma or equivalent (higher education preferred)

Fluent English (B2–C1 level recommended)

Customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required

Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

Flexible to work shifts, including nights or weekends

Comfortable with computers, software applications, and CRM platforms

Team-oriented, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn

Able to complete assessments, interviews, and training successfully
