General Requirements for this Opportunity
Advanced English level (85%+ proficiency, both spoken and written)
Minimum 1 year of call center or customer service experience (BPO experience preferred)
High school diploma (diversificado) or equivalent
Valid DPI and NIT (required for hiring process)
Availability to work assigned schedules, including weekends and holidays if required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
Basic computer skills (typing, navigation, multitasking across systems)
Ability to work on-site in Zone 12
Punctuality, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
