Join Allied Global Guatemala as a Customer Service Representative, Technical Support Specialist, Sales Advisor, or Back-Office Associate. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound client interactions, resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, process transactions, and provide accurate information while maintaining high service standards. You will work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure clients receive timely and effective solutions. Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma is required
Fluent in English (B2–C1 level)
Previous experience in customer service or call centers is a plus but not required
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible shifts, including day, evening, or night schedules
Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and digital office tools
Proactive, positive, and team-oriented
Must successfully complete pre-interview and training assessments
