Description and Requirements

Minimum age: 18 years old

High school diploma or equivalent (higher education preferred)

Fluent in English; (B2–C1 mandatory)

Customer service or call center experience preferred, but not mandatory

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in shifts (day, night, or graveyard)

Comfortable with computers, CRM tools, and basic software

Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Able to pass pre-interview and training assessments
