Requirements
Minimum age 18 years
High school diploma or equivalent (university studies are a plus)
Fluent in Spanish; English proficiency (A2–B2 recommended, higher is a plus)
Previous customer service, IT support, or call center experience preferred but not required
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and office software
Team-oriented, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn
Ability to successfully pass recruitment, pre-interview, and training assessments
