Requirements
Minimum 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory)
Fluent in English (B2–C1 required)
Previous experience in customer service or call centers is a plus but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible shifts, including day, night, or overnight
Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and standard office software
Team-oriented, adaptable, and proactive
Must successfully complete pre-interview and training assessments
